(LANARK COUNTY, ON) – Between Monday, February 7, 2022 and Monday, February 14, 2022 officers from the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to 262 calls for service.

(LANARK COUNTY, ON) – Between Monday, February 7, 2022 and Monday, February 14, 2022 officers from the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to 262 calls for service.
The calls included:
Motor Vehicle Collisions
Total: 20
Vs Deer: 4
Parking Lots: 3
Single Motor Vehicle off Road (“in ditch”): 5
Domestic investigations
On February 11, 2022 a 30yr old resident of the Municipality of Mississippi Mills was charged with three counts of disobeying a court order as the result of a domestic investigation in Drummond-North Elmsley Township. The accused was held for a show cause hearing.
The Lanark County OPP also investigated 3 non-criminal domestic disputes during this week.
Thefts
Officers of the Lanark County OPP investigated 5 theft complaints during the past week.
Frauds
The Lanark County OPP received 4 reports of fraud this week.
